Our 4-week paid cohort teaches the basics of community-centered work that encourages building collective power, all while you learn how to organize around an issue and show up for your people. You'll be in a cohort of about 50 to 60 other young people!

Duration
Cohort sessions will be held twice a week (on Tuesdays & Wednesdays) and will run from July 7th through July 30th.
Location
The program is entirely virtual, a cell phone or laptop will be needed to join meetings. Participants are required to attend a in-person Onboarding session the week of June 23rd in order to participate in the program.
Compensation
Participants will be paid $22/hour, expect to dedicate avg of 5 hours a week.
Qualifications
You are a young person between the ages of 14-26 in Oregon.
Have access to reliable wifi and a smart device (computer, tablet, phone) to access Zoom
You can commit to attending 6 of 8 meetings.
