Next Up Action Fund is hiring for a temporary, full time Field Organizer through the end of 2026. The Field Organizer (FO) is responsible for the day-to-day recruitment, instruction and management of volunteers, canvass teams, and launching the inaugural cohort of college campus organizers within our organization.

We’re looking for committed, part-time, temporary Election Organizers (you’ll join an awesome team of 10+ other organizers) who will lead direct voter outreach and contact efforts in school board races for the May 2025 Election.

Want to make actual change in your community? Our 4-week paid cohort teaches the basics of community-centered work that encourages building collective power, all while you learn how to organize around an issue and show up for your people.

In this cohort, you’ll meet with a collective of 18+ community members monthly to work on issues your cohort cares about the most.

Next Up Action Fund is seeking two to three committed, part-time Legislative Organizers who will help co-lead and champion our legislative priorities throughout the 2026 Oregon Legislative Session, in collaboration with our current advocacy team.
