We’re seeking a strategic and energetic Executive Director to lead the organization to boldly execute on our strategic plan and take us to the next level, providing overall management, planning, execution, and leadership for the organization.
Salary and Benefits: $84,000. Our compensation philosophy and policy include annual salary increases. We provide a benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental coverage (with 100% of the premium covered by the employer), work laptop, professional development training, cell phone, and work from home stipends, flexible scheduling, paid time off, 13 paid holidays including one paid week of office closure in December of each year, parental leave (8 weeks paid, 4 weeks unpaid), and a paid sabbatical at five years.
Location: Currently, we only work remotely. Post-pandemic, our office is located in SE Portland, and travel throughout Oregon will be required. The Executive Director must live in or be willing to relocate to Oregon, and move to the Portland metro area within 60 days of our office reopening. We are not traveling during the pandemic, but when it is safe the person in this position travels 2-5 times per year, nationally, with overnight trips.
Duration: Full-time, permanent, and exempt position with evening and weekend work required with a start date of mid to late June 2021.
